or the full date including month, day, and year. You determine
which is the most appropriate for each individual experience. LEVEL - indicate the level corresponding to your involvement. · L = Local - activity sponsored by one or more 4-H clubs.
· C = County - activity sponsored by county.
· A = Area - activity sponsored to involve more than one county.
· S = State - activity sponsored at the state level.
· R = Regional - activity sponsored to involve more than one state.
· N = National - activity sponsored by National Council.
· I = International - activity including areas outside the U.S.A.
PROJECT CATEGORY CODES - You must identify the project category code. Indicate the code number for the category in which you are submitting this report.
