    Animal Expo

Animals are welcome at the 2018 Carbon County Fair. The Animal Expo will be receiving entries on Thursday, August 9, 2018 from 5-8 PM at the Carbon County Fairgrounds Indoor Arena. Entry classes may include rabbits, chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigeons, goats, sheep, mini and draft horses, cattle, llamas or other exotic species. There will be two general categories, 4-H and Open and the classes will fall into those categories. The animals will be judged Friday morning. Owners of the animals are responsible for the care of the animals during the entire exhibit.
Premiums will be awarded for blue and red ribbon animals to a maximum of two animals per exhibitor per class. Animals must be removed and cages put away after 4:00 PM, Saturday, August 11.

Please pre-register with the USU Extension Office by August 2, 2018 so the proper size and number of pens and cages can be set up. Call 636-3233 for more information. Entry forms may be downloaded from the links below or picked up at USU Extension Carbon Co. Office. Electronic forms may be emailed Kathie at
